Sant Joan de Binissaida is presently an agro-tourism establishment exploiting 12 hectares, half reforested with pines and wild olives and the other half used to feed the herd of sheep and native Minorcan purebred horses that roam the estate, thus creating a natural site of great beauty.

The hotel also has a small vegetable garden that provides the Restaurant of Sant Joan de Binissaida with top quality natural products.
